Graphic Design Services
The Maricopa Community College District and Colleges require professional advertising, public relations, media services
and related marketing services to make the general public and/or specialized groups or markets aware of campaigns,
products, events and services. The type and amount of services required by the District and Colleges vary depending upon
their budgets and in-house expertise as well as the size and nature of all the projects. Many different disciplines will be
required to fulfill the needs of the District and Colleges. Any contract resulting from this solicitation shall be for the use of all.
Projects and assignments will be determined by the District and Colleges under the direction of a designated project
manager. The projects may range from a few hours to several months and will be driven by program need and financial
availability. The District and Colleges shall have complete authority over the plans developed under this contract and shall
have the express rights to modify and/or delete all or any part of the plan.
