This RFP is to result in a contract with a graphic artist to assist the Department with design and production of its communication materials, including print ads and collateral. It is anticipated the contract will not exceed $25,000 for each year in which the contract is in effect. This contract will be utilized on an as-needed basis and there is no guarantee that the maximum amount will be expended. The contract term is for two years, with a one-year renewal option at the sole discretion of the Department.
