Graphic Design Services
The Organization is seeking one Proposer to provide graphic design services for a
variety of specific projects, as the need arises.
Sample Scope of previously contracted design work:
· 4-color brochures for the promotion of the Organization’s cultural tax credit.
· Donor inserts to be used by cultural groups to promote Oregon’s cultural tax credit to their
donors.
· Rack marketing cards to promote sales of the cultural license plate.
· Sticker/calendar reminders to promote the Trust overall and remind Oregonians to use the tax
credit at year-end.
· Retractable trade show displays to promote the Oregon Cultural Trust.
· Templates for Arts Commission and Cultural Trust Fact Sheets on various topics and programs.
· Programs and invitations for the annual Governor’s Arts Awards.
· Posters promoting the Cultural Trust and the Governor’s Arts Awards.
· Monographs and annual reports.
· Display advertisements for use in a variety of color and black and white formats, in a variety of
standard newspaper, program and magazine sizes
