Graphic Design Services
The City is seeking proposals for graphic design services of up to 1,600 hours over the
next two years from qualified graphic design firms. We are looking for two providers, a primary
vendor and a secondary vendor. The selected providers will assist the City in providing camera
ready artwork to selected City printers. The City of Elgin anticipates that the term of any
resulting contract will be two years beginning January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011.
