Graphic Design Services

The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Graphic Services Branch is soliciting bids from qualified and reliable firms to provide Graphic Design Services on as "as‑needed" basis. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel/labor, materials, equipment, and design services for preparation of final digital files or other required formats for final implementation by DWR, on a variety of projects.
Services anticipated under this contract include both traditional and digital design, and production services for print based materials (e.g., publications, brochures, reports, newsletters, and posters). In addition, creative services are anticipated for Web page designs, visual presentations, logo and identity development, and portable displays/exhibits.
The Contractor shall be an experienced design firm providing graphic design and production art services on a full-time commercial basis as its principal business for at least the past three years. Fifty percent of the Contractor's personnel shall each have a minimum of five years paid professional experience in the field of graphic design. The Contractor's production facilities shall be located within a 30 mile radius of DWR's Headquarters at 1416 Ninth Street, Sacramento, California.
