synerG, under the umbrella of Action Greensboro, is an active organization of young adults who lead initiatives with the mission to attract, engage and connect Young Professionals to Greensboro, North Carolina. Through our projects, synerG promotes social and professional networking, leadership opportunities and serves as a clearinghouse for information for young adults in the 21-39 year-old age demographic. synerG values the creation of opportunities and atmospheres that promote connectedness, diversity/inclusiveness and accessibility.
synerG is developing a new project/event, tentatively titled "synerG Fall Ball." This event is scheduled for Friday, November 14, 2008 from 8 pm - 12 midnight at the Kress Terrace in Downtown Greensboro. While the Planning Committee is still working on details, our vision for this event includes an affordable evening of music, dancing and refreshments for Greensboro-area Young Professionals in an elegant but not overly formal environment. Tickets will be in the $25 - $30 per person range and are expected to be all-inclusive. Rather than providing a meal, we plan to develop "Pre-Fixe" dinner options with local restaurants and provide dessert, beer, wine, soda and water at the event. Music will be provided either by a live band or a dj.
The objective of this RFP for GRAPHIC DESIGN is to obtain a service provider able to provide a creative, fresh and unique graphical look and feel for this event.
