The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command (ACC), New Jersey on behalf of the Office of the Project Director Joint Services (PD JS), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is seeking Small Business sources that can provide a Graphics Artist to support the mission within PD JS organization. This support will include but is not limited to:
• Request and consolidate input from PD JS and support organizations and prepare Microsoft PowerPoint briefings using graphic arts to present that input in a professional manner, suitable for higher level management. Update graphics as required.
• Design and set-up displays for PD JS exhibits
• Provide support for the Industrial Committee of Ammunition Producers (ICAP) Webinars and meetings. This includes action tracking and coordination with National Industrial Association (NDIA) to set up meetings and inform invitees of events.
• Attend and prepare minutes for staff/Integrated Project Team meetings, teleconferences and meetings with industry and other organizations. Travel as needed to provide this support.
• Support Industry Day activities.
• Track internal and external suspenses and/or taskers routed through the PD JS
• Prepare, edit, and compile management documents, multimedia color briefings, and presentations
• Schedule activities and conference rooms, including setting up teleconferences, video telecommunications (VTC's) and web conferencing
• Set up portals on SharePoint sites and ensuring project teams have access
• Serve as main point of contact for PD JS displays.
• Manage and track action item lists
• Maintain office documentation and files

The purpose of this notice is to obtain information from contractors to assist in determining the most suitable approach to meet the Government needs and industry capabilities in support of facility projects. The Government may use information provided to develop a Performance Work Statement/Statement of Work for potential solicitation. Contractors shall indicate their interest and capabilities to satisfy the above requirements by identifying the following items:

1. Company Name and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code
2. Company Address, Country Represented, and Website
3. Company point of contact, phone number, and email address
4. Business size information (please specify Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Woman- Owned Small Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone concern, Veteran-Owned Small Business, or Service-Disabled Small Business)
5.
