The State Board of Education is
initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from Consultants
interested in providing assistance in developing graphic design in support of SBEs
CORE 24 graduation requirements framework and accountability framework. Additional
information is as follows:
The Board provides a broad leadership role for K-12 education by establishing policy
and providing strategic oversight. Its work occurs in the context of a state with a
standards-based system of accountability, instructional leadership and support that has
evolved over more than a decade. The continuity and consistency of this system over
time represent major investments in funding, teaching and learning in the K12 system.
