Non-mandatory pre-proposal conference 06/08/2010.
The Department is nearing completion of a multi-year effort to rewrite the Land Use Code, meaning that a key project in 2010 and 2011 will be the
development of a users guide containing many illustrations to help citizens and developers
to understand the new code. The department is also working on East, West, and Mid-
Town district plans and will commence work on a downtown central business district code
project in late 2010 or early 2011. All of these projects are expected to require the
preparation of some graphical illustrations. The Department is soliciting proposals for
professional graphic services that will complement and augment capabilities available
within the Department.
