Graphic Artist Services
The Museum creates exhibits that feature Arkansas history. Educational programs are organized to
compliment each exhibit. These projects require a great deal of camera-ready graphic design (in digital format) for logos,
brochures, banners, exhibit panels, etc. Specifications for artwork needed for upcoming projects are listed below.
The contractor will be required to meet frequently with Museum staff regarding the multiple projects
required under the scope of this contract, thus a vendor must be readily accessible to the Little Rock location.
Additionally, projects involving special events (concerts, lectures, art exhibits, etc) require contractor to attend such events
for photography purposes. Most projects involve museum artifacts and art pieces, thus familiarity and experience with
working with archival objects is an advantage for bidders. Contractor also responsible for entry of various publications
into professional competition including paperwork, required fees, preparation of piece for entry and shipping.
