Grants/Performance Management System
The Fund is soliciting proposals for the purchase
and support of an easily configurable Commercially-available Off-The-Shelf (COTS)
Grants Management/Performance Management system that addresses the following
objectives:
1. Web-based application submission of potential grantees
2. Staff review process of grants with associated workflow
3. Tracking and management of grantee financial and outcomes performance
4. Grantee/customer relationship management
5. Staff performance management
