The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to enter into separate contracts with multiple qualified grant writer consultants on a consulting basis to assist in grant solicitation searches, and/or grant proposal preparation, completion, editing and submission for small businesses competing for Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program and/or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program research and development topic awards, per the attached detailed specifications.
