Grant Writer Consultants for Small Business Applying for Assistance with USTAR
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to enter into separate contracts with
multiple qualified grant writer consultants on a consulting basis to assist in grant
solicitation searches, and/or grant proposal preparation, completion, editing and
submission for small businesses competing for Small Business Innovation
Research (SBIR) program and/or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR)
program research and development topic awards. Work will be assigned to grant
writer consultants by the SBIR/STTR Assistance Center using a work order
system. Work assignments will be based on the grant writer consultants level of
expertise as it relates to specific SBIR/STTR Research and Development Topics.
Successful grant writer consultants may or may not receive work orders.
This RFP is designed to provide interested individual offerors/grant writer
consultants with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting the
minimum requirements, but it is not intended to limit a proposals content or
exclude any relevant or essential data. Offerors/grant writer consultants are at
liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service
capability under any agreement.
