The Proposer shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the Service described as:DEMAND RESPONSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
This Request for Proposal will outline SMUD's requirements for procuring DRMS software, including a customer demand response web interface and to engage professional services to provide the labor, material and specified equipment required to perform the Services described as: System Integrator (SI) services to lead SMUD project staff in the installation, design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment of a DRMS solution at SMUD that will meet SMUD's Requirements (as defined this Scope of Services). Proposers will also provide a limited number of HAN devices for purchase at SMUD's discretion. The DRMS software will be installed on servers located on the SMUD campus. Specifically excluded from this project are hosting services for the DRMS solution and the server hardware required for the DRMS software.

2.4.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Qualified Proposers that can demonstrate their ability to successfully provide the required services are invited to submit proposal(s), provided they meet the minimum mandatory requirements. An initial screening of all proposals will be conducted by District's Proposal Evaluation Committee. If any proposal fails to meet any of the following "Minimum Mandatory (Pass/Fail) Requirements", the proposal will be rejected and not evaluated.
