Grant Management System
The State is seeking a contractor to provide a standards-based commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Grant Management System, and associated productes and services, that will provide configurable, flexible, efficient, cost effective, browser based, online access to State program grant opportunities allowing applicants to submit grant applications via the Internet. The system would also provide on-going grant management, financial tracking and reporting for State program grants that are awarded.
