Grant Liaison Services
The services required from the successful contractor for this solicitation includes processing and tracking Homeland Security Grants from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and related federal sources specific to the Project. This position is responsible for implementing appropriate grant awarding procedures and tracking expenditures for Homeland Security grants to state, local, and tribal governments in a manner consistent with federal and state law.
