Grant Administrator for the 2012 Community Home Improvement Program
The County Board of Commissioners is soliciting for a qualified firm non-governmental partner to provide services for the acquisition, rehabilitation, and resale of qualified properties, to include, but not limited to the selection and counseling of qualified purchasers, including providing post counseling services and financing of the sales of such property to such purchasers pursuant to the terms and conditions of that certain Department of Community Affairs (DCA) Community Home Investment Program (CHIP) Grant of which the County is the named recipient and grant administrator.
