Graduation Venue
The College is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide a venue to accommodate approximately 10,000 guests and 1,200 graduates for the district-wide commencement ceremonies at the end of each the Fall and Spring semesters. The College understands that some venues may not be able to accommodate both semester graduations due to previous commitments for the facilities. If necessary, the College may award multiple contracts in order to secure appropriate venues for the duration intended under this solicitation.
