announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

D. This solicitation documents and incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective 19 January 2017.

J. This Combined Synopsis and Solicitation contains clauses and provisions requiring a fill-in or
representation. Offerors shall submit a copy of this Combined Synopsis and Solicitation with their
response to clauses and provisions accordingly. A failure to complete fill-in may cause your offer to
be determined ineligible for award.
K. Basis for award: The Government intends to award one (1) firm, fixed price contract as a
result of this solicitation. Award of these contracts shall be based on the best value quotes
received in response to this solicitation. Refer to provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 for offer
requirements and evaluation of offers.
