Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government
Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease succeeding for a period of 5 years for approximately 5,526 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 5,526 RSF at Loretto Town Centre 505 S Main St. Las Cruces, NM which expires Sept 30, 2015 under GSA lease number 15336. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to obtain a succeeding lease.
Delineated Area: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Lease Term/Occupancy: 10 year, Five (5) years firm. Occupancy by October 15, 2015.
Expressions of interest must be received no later than June 17, 2014 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
