Goodwill Industries International GoodProspects 2.0
- This RFP was uploaded by the owner.
In 2010, GII was awarded a Department of Labor Grant to provide technology infrastructure support to seven local Goodwill subgrantees, as well as to create an online career mentoring site and text messaging platform for career explorers. This website for this Goodwill grant, named "GoodProspectssm", launched in March 2011.
GoodProspects has since grown to more than 9,000 registered users and continues to gain attention and momentum as a job seeker resource for networking and career advice. GII is seeking to procure a robust, secure, and scalable social web platform to support the evolution of this current system.
The platform will target entry-level to mid-level job seekers seeking coaching and/or mentoring. Users will be able to share career-related information within a community. Desired functionality includes reporting and management capabilities which will allow the local GII affiliates to serve their community better. Also, significant CRM integration, client tracking features, and a robust mentor scheduling system.
