The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to engage an independent consultant who will work with Goodwill Industries International to develop a capability and capacity-building online toolkit for Goodwill Members. The resources and training will provide information on topics not limited to but including orientation and training curriculum, mentee/mentor/parent handbooks, form templates, policy and procedure manual, youth safety online trainings, mentor online training, resource guides, and marketing materials. In addition, the toolkit will offer advice on organizational tools that Goodwill Members need to build a strong youth mentoring program to include GII grant management toolkit, volunteer toolkit, resource development toolkit, sustainability webinar, community needs assessments, community asset map, and Goodwill Works curriculum.
