Golf cart or utility type vehicle to meet at a minimum,
the following specifications.

1) Needs to transport at least four (4) passengers

2) Bed on the back for hauling equipment; Minimum
bed size should be 32"W x 55"L and 42"H

3) Must be street legal; Will need head/tail lights,
turn signals, windshield, etc.

4) Canopy over entire vehicle, and must be able to
enclose entire vehicle in the event of inclement
weather.
