Golf Course Reconstruction
Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, coordination and incidentals necessary to complete work as described in the Contract Documents. The work to be performed generally includes, but is not limited to the following:
1. Demolition and removal of existing golf course and facilities including cart paths, irrigation system, restroom, paving, sod, trees, etc.
2. Reconstruction of West Ridge Golf Course including greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and rough.
3. Reconstruction of support facilities/buildings including on-course restrooms, irrigation system, pumping station, concrete cart paths, fencing, etc. Maintenance building reconstruction will not be included in this Construction Contract.
4. Other work normally encountered during construction on improved and unimproved properties.
