Golf Course Maintenance and/or Management

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide one (1) or more of the following service options at the Golf Course commencing on or about October 1, 2011:
Option 1: Golf Course Lease Contract - The Vendor is responsible for management and operation of all aspects of the Golf course. Vendor pays the City a fee for this lease.
Option 2: Golf Course Management Contracts - Vendor provides any or all of the following: restaurant, golf course and grounds maintenance, administrative functions (daily play on course, tee time reservations, driving range, lessons, and all subsequent golf operations) A Golf Pro will supervise all contracts.
Option 3: Golf Course Grounds Maintenance Contract Only - Vendor provides all grounds maintenance services at the golf course for both play and non-play areas. The City pays a fee to the Vendor for this service.
