Golf Club Court Waterline Loop Contract

The work of this Contract consists in general of the installation of domestic water mains which includes two separate steel pipe spans across the Contra Costa Canal, abandonment of existing water main, grading, golf course landscape restoration, and concrete cart path replacement. The scope of work includes but is not necessarily limited to; furnishing all products and materials including pipe, fittings, valves, and all incidentals to the pipe
installation, backfill materials and surfacing materials; construction layout; verification of the exact location and depth of existing subsurface facilities; excavation and installation of water pipe and appurtenances; installation of water services, placement and compaction backfill materials; trench resurfacing; and the furnishing of all other products, materials,
abandonment of existing water, pressure testing and disinfection of water mains, and construction of all other improvement work as shown on the plans and or described in the specifications.
