White in color
Tan or Brown upholstered seats
Min. of II-horse power engine
Electric start with key, pedal activated
Min. 6-gallon gas tank
This unit shall have separate gasoline and engine oil reservoirs.
No pre-mix oil and gas engine bids shall be accepted.
Standard height - no lift kit
Standard road tires
Sun top to cover 2 seated positions - white in color
Standard painted metal tire rims - white in color
Fuel gauge mounted on dash visible to driver
Breaking: acceptable to stop cart
