Golf Cart Shed Design, Construction and Improvements

The City is seeking proposals from professional contractors to provide plans and construction of an additional golf cart storage shed which shall be 52’x32’ wood framed structure; 4/12 pitch Hip Roof with 30 year old asphalt shingles; approximately 50% of the building will be 16” center stud framing with vinyl siding exterior and finish plywood interior; the other 50% will be open post and beam construction with railings; concrete footings; concrete foundation walls; concrete smooth finished floor; finished plywood ceiling with electric fans; light fixtures and standard electric outlets in interior walls.
This project also includes: removal and replacement of shingles on the existing cart shed; removal and replacement of shingles on the clubhouse; close up all walls in the existing cart shed with stud framing, plywood, vinyl siding and installation of (2) 8’x8’ garage doors; installation of seamless aluminum guttering and downspouts on entire cart storage shed, installation of vinyl curtains in existing and new cart sheds in the post and railing areas and installation of a roof connecting the two buildings.
