Golf Cart Lease
Start date: 03/12/2010 End date: 03/11/2013.
1.Provide 75 electric golf carts with identification numbers on the side. The Lessee retains the right to reduce the number of carts during the months of November, December, January and February. Payment to vendor will be for the number of carts actually leased during these months.
2.Cart Specifications
a)Each cart must have a front bumper.
b)Each cart must have four (4) wheels in lieu of three (3) wheels.
c)Each cart must have a trash basket(s).
d)Chargers will be furnished with each electric cart.
e)All carts shall be furnished with a Trojan type battery. When properly charged, the batteries will be expected to hold sufficient charge to operate the carts for a full day. When the carts fail to meet this requirement, the battery will be replaced by the lessor at no additional charge to the lessee
f)All carts must be new at the onset of the Lease.
g)All carts shall be forest green in color.
h)Each cart must have a top.
i)Each cart must have a breakdown type windshield.
j)Each cart must have a rain guard cover attached on the rear of the cart for golf clubs and bag protection.
k)Each cart must have a drive control system.
l)Each cart must have a message board.
m)Each cart must have a sand trap rake holder.
2.Gas carts are to be furnished on an as needed basis within 48 hours of notification of need. This is addition to the 75 electric carts. Cart color should match the color of the fleet of 75, and have the same equipment, and meet the same standards of the fleets of 75. Prices quoted must be on a per cart basis.
3.Provide warranty maintenance on parts and repairs during contact period (electric and gas golf carts).
