This is a design/build project located at six (6) Metro Gold Line stations that requires a fully qualified contractor/firm to complete all design and construction work as a whole. : The work will include all services and related cost necessary to complete the six (6) major repair tasks as follows: Task #1 Fix or repair of drainage and grading at rail bridge approaches in Freeway median; Task # 2 Fix or repair of leaks under platforms of various stations; Task # 3 Fix or repair leaks in Station Portal; Task # 4 Construction of passenger access ramp on Mission Station; Task # 5 Reconfiguration of air conditioning system in the Main Shop of Division 21; and Task # 6 Replace of landscaping area above Box.
