Foaming Manual Sanitizer System Specifications
System Description:
- Wall-mounted skin care dispenser available in 1250mL size.
- Must contain 1250mL in a cabinet occupying no more than 65 square inches wall or mirror space,
with no point extending more than 4.5 inches from the wall.
Soap refill must have the following attributes:
- Output of .4mL of product with each activation.
- 1250mL refill supports 1,786 activations before the refill is empty.
- Sanitary sealed configuration, all wetted parts are replaced with each refill.
- Refill fully evacuates in use.
- Features English and Spanish languages on refill packaging.
- Features full product information on the refill bottle itself.
- Reduced output kit available, takes output down to .4mL per activation
- Carries lot code, date and time stamp information on each bottle.
- All products packaged in compliance with FDA regulations; all antibacterial and antimicrobial products
carry FDA drug labeling.
- Manufactured in compliance with cGMP manufacturing standards.
Cabinet must have the following attributes:
- High-impact plastic cabinet, easy to clean surface.
- ADA compliant, with one-hand operation, push activation (rather than pull).

- Sight window at least 3 sq. inches, clearly showing when the refill is below 5% cap-acity. Sight
window performance is enhanced by skylight feature on top of cabinet.
- Product labels available for the cabinet (to identify what product is inside).
- Totally moisture-resistant, including packaging on loaded refills.
- Cabinet can have a locking latch (requiring a key to open) or can have a manual (no key) latch
release.
- Can be installed with double-sided tape or with screws
- Features a universal fit backplate that matches the screwhole patterns of all of the other dispensers
currently in our facilities.

Must have the following types of products available:
- Foam soaps / antibacterial soaps / Green Seal Certified soaps, hair and body shampoos
- Skin care products must all include moisturizers and vitamins.
(All formulas must be dermatologist tested and FDA compliant.)
Other requirements:
- Comprehensive educational program including educational posters.
- Customer service provided toll-free during business hours (8:00 am 6:00 pm EST)
- Installation at no charge to the U of A.
- Vendor will cover repairs at their cost.
- Price Increases: Must be notified by April 1st for July 1st price increases. Increases cannot exceed
4%.
5.1 Term of Agreement.
The contract will be in place for three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year
periods upon mutual agreement of both parties.
