Goal Setting, Performance Assessment, Performance Incentive Pay Plan Administration, and Managerial
The State is seeking a qualified firm or firms to provide four different services for its senior executives in relation to the PSF in an unbiased and objective manner. Specifically, the four services are: 1) goal setting, 2) performance assessment, 3) performance incentive payment administration, and 4) ongoing managerial analyses to assist senior executives in oversight duties. Firms may submit responses for services 1, 2 and 3; for service 4 only; or for all four of the requested services. More than one firm may be selected to provide services under this RFQ.
