The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Vermont Department of Transportation (VTrans) is soliciting competitive sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) for its rideshare matching software and services from qualified offerors. If a suitable offer is made in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), The State of Vermont may enter into a contract (the Contract) to have the selected offeror (the Contractor) perform all or part of the Work. This RFP provides details on what is required to submit a Proposal in response to this RFP, how VTrans will evaluate the Proposals, and what will be required of the Contractor in performing the Work.
