Three Year Spare Package for Glove Box Unit
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number N68335-15-T-0339 is a request for quotation (RFQ) as NAWCAD Lakehurst intends to acquire a three year spare package for the Clemco Glove Box Blast Unit. This FMS procurement will be a limited competition between Clemco Industries Corporation and its Authorized Distributors.
The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43.

The Government will award a contract in accordance with FAR12.602- Streamlined evaluation of offers. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The award will be made on lowest price.
All items shall be preserved, packaged, packed, and marked in accordance with best commercial practices.
