Global Custody and Securities Lending Services for the Texas Permanent School Fund
The Texas Education Agency (TEA), on behalf of the State Board of Education (SBOE) and the Texas Permanent School Fund (TPSF) is seeking proposals from firms to provide bundled Global Custody and Securities Lending services for the Texas Permanent School Fund (TPSF). Custodial services shall include Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) compliant performance measurement, performance analytics, compliance, and risk exposure capabilities. Daily soft-close fund accounting and daily GIPS compliant performance measurement will be required on the Funds portfolios. GIPS is a trademark owned by the CFA Institute
