Glass, Supplies and Installation Services
Public Schools invites bids for glass, supplies and installation services.
2.0 SPECIFICATIONS
2.1 An authorized representative will contact the vendor to request pricing, type of glass or mirror
and quantity required.
2.2 Vendor will be required to obtain the required measurements for each project at the job site. An
representative will be on site at the facility for each project to meet vendor.
2.3 Vendor shall provide glass and supplies via over the counter pickup by employees or delivery.
2.4 Vendor will be required to provide a temporary repair using Lexan until a permanent glass repair can
be made. Entity will be billed only for the Lexan square footage used in the repair – based on the sizes
specified on the solicitation bid form. Lexan pieces and trim used for temporary repairs are to be
returned for future repairs and are to be stored at the facility where services were rendered.
2.5 Vendor shall furnish, deliver, install and clean up after installation at sites on an as needed basis.
2.6 Pricing must include all labor, materials (including latches and locks) and delivery charges necessary
to complete the work in accordance with the specifications of this bid.
