Oregon State University is seeking Qualifications from general contractors (GC) for the Gill Coliseum Exterior Improvements project (the Project). The main elements of this Project will include: Patch, seal and paint the exterior walls of Gill Coliseum; installation of new exterior windows and doors, new storefront system on the east side of building, and new exterior lighting. The Work will require coordination with the Owners separate abatement contractor. On-site construction is anticipated to begin in approximately June of 2009.
