Giant Voice Mass Notification System

This is a sources sought request for information (RFI) for the purpose of conducting market research to provide data for planning purposes. This sources sought synopsis announcement does not constitute a formal solicitation and is not a request for proposal, request for quote, invitation for bid, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida, is seeking potential sources for removal of the existing installed outdoor mass notification system (MNS) and the engineering, design and installation of a new outdoor mass notification system for Eglin Air Force Base and its integration with the Giant Voice and Mass Notification systems at four remote sites within the base boundary. Please see attachment one for the draft Statement of Work.
The Government is requesting that interested offerors review the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and provide information regarding their specific systems and capabilities that could potentially meet the requirements of the SOW. Additionally, based on the SOW, provide any recommendations for changes or additions to the SOW.
