This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation AG-52B1-S-17-0016 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), to provide German Ridge Trail Trail rehabilitation services on the Tell City Ranger District, Perry County, IN of the Hoosier National Forest. The work includes but is not limited to providing and placing aggregate and installing drain dips along the trail. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 and the size standard is $15mil. This is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Pricing and technical information will be submitted to: Roger Manning, USDA Forest Service, 811 Constitution Ave, Bedford, IN 47421. NO FAX QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. E-mail quotes are acceptable at rkmanning@fs.fed.us. Service Wage Rates are applicable. Quotes must include vendor's TIN (Tax Identification Number) and DUNS number. Vendors must be registered in SAMS (www.sams.gov) Quotes must include a completed copy of (FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, paragraphs (c) through (m). If the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn. gov., submit only paragraph (b) from the provisions and a DUNS number. (FAR) 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: Price, technical conformity to specifications, and past performance. Clauses indicated on a separate attachment. Quotes are due April 11, 2017 at 11:00a.m. Eastern Time.
