The Department of Human Resources, Division of Public Health/Epidemiology Branch is requesting proposals for the Georgia Emergency Preparedness Telephone Survey. The objective of this procurement is to obtain the services of a qualified firm to conduct statewide random sample telephone interviews to collect data from general Adult (18 years old and above) Georgia households on personal emergency preparedness with emphasis on health-related preparedness, specifically, those persons needing help during an emergency such as the elderly, persons with disabilities and pregnant women and infants.
