GeoTechnical Construction Observation for new elephant habitat at the Oregon Zoo

Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide services, as outlined in the Professional Services Contract (Appendix A to the RFP), including but not limited to: geotechnical construction observation services as required per City of Portland special inspection regulations for retaining walls, fills, foundation subgrades, deep foundations, and deep excavations for utilities, including backfill. Shannon & Wilson, Inc.'s design and construction documents, under review by the City of Portland, shall be the references used by firm to evaluate and analyze observations.
