Genomics Research Center Project 640-389
Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Proposal for the construction of the Genomics Research Center at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. This building shall be constructed as required by the plans and specifications.
Solicitation will be issued set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents are not currently available and will be available on or about July 1, 2014. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and pricing proposal. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions.
A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit will be held at the VA Palo Alto facility. The time, date, and location of this conference will be included in the solicitation documents.
Estimated project cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
