The State of Maine, Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Integrated Access and Support, Division of Support Enforcement and Recovery (DSER),in fulfillment of its establishment-of-paternity responsibilities under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act and Maine Statutes, is seeking proposals to provide genetic parentage testing services.
