The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Application Contracting Office (TAKO) anticipates contracting on a sole source basis with Honeywell
International, 1300 West Warner Rd. Tempe, AZ 85284-2822. (CAGE: 1SZA1) to purchase one (1) 35 kVA APU Generator, two (2) 60 kVA Aircraft Generators, and one (1) SuperHUMS Kit. The intended award will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. The intended contractaction is for a commodity for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government does not possess and cannot furnish the technical data required to develop engineering descriptions, technical data packages, or specifications necessary to permit full and open competition.

All interested, capable, and responsible sources that would like to respond to this sources sought synopsis are encouraged to provide a statement of interest along with supporting substantiation input to Procurement Technician Steven Belowich via email at steven.m.belowich.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Time on 18 November 2019. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Vendors interested in submitting a proposal should contact the contract specialist above in order to obtain
a solicitation following submission of a capability statement.
