Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above address/fax/email by 5:00 eastern time on July 9, 2014 and must include the following:
Building name and address and location of the available space within that building.
Scaled floor plan with offered area identified.
Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available, and expected rental rate per RSF Fully-Serviced.
Indicate whether the rate quoted includes an amount for tenant improvements and state that amount.
Provide building ownership details.
Quantity of parking available on-site and whether it is included in the RSF rate.
Preference will be given to buildings that are currently Energy Star certified.
