• Parking Spaces must be within two (2) city blocks or 600 feet, whichever is less, of the prospective location for in "and out" program purposes.
• Janitorial and custodial services must be conducted during daytime office occupied hours.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.

Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above address by 5:00pm on June 4, 2018 and must include the following information:
• List of building services provided
• Date of space availability
• Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of required Government parking (if any)
• Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government El Paso, TX.
• Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 5 years for approximately28, 240 BOMA and rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 28,420 RSF located at 11111 Gateway West, El Paso, TX which expires 6/30/2018 under GSA lease number GS-07B-LTX15621. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease.
• Delineated Area: El paso , TX
• Lease Term/Occupancy: Five (5) years. Occupancy by 7/1/2019.
• Expressions of interest must be received no later than June 4, 2018 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate per Square Foot.
