General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:


State: Arizona
City: Casa Grande


Delineated Area:
• North: W Val Vista Rd.
• South: W. Peters Rd.
• East: S. Signal Peak Rd.
• West: S. Burris Rd.


Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,190
Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,250


Space Type: Office
Parking Spaces(Total): 5 surface spaces


Full Term: 15 Years
Firm Term: 10 Years
Option Term: None


Additional Requirements:
• Occupancy must be located in contiguous space, on one floor within a modern office building.
• Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20' on center, etc.
• The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.


Interested Respondents should include Building Owners, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter/ or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the Building Owner, in your expression of interest.
