Procurement Summary
A. Statement of Requirements:
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 6,200 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 6,510 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA). The proposed term of the lease is for three (3) years, two (2) year firm term. The desired areas of consideration is the city of Newburgh, New York and the city of Castle Point, New York
Additional Requirements:
-Proposed space must be contiguous.
-Proposed space must have 24 hour/7 day week access.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.

•· Legal Description
•· Rentable square feet available, Percentage of Common Area Factor, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced.
•· ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Also, indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any.
One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered.
•· Amount of parking available on-site and available per local code; any costs associated with parking.
•· Date of space available.
•· Building ownership information.
•· Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building.
•· List of building services provided.
