Additional Requirements:



•·         Offered space must be contiguous, have no direct access from the outside, shall not be located with window space adjacent to ledges, mezzanines or exterior fire escapes, and must be located above the ground floor and may not be located on the top floor of the building;

•·         Offered space shall not be located in a building that has thoroughfare under, or through, any part of the building;

•·         Offered building must have a 24-hour security guard and/or a security system acceptable to the Government;

•·         Authorized Government personnel must have 24-hour, unrestricted access to the office and parking area;

•·         Security requirements for the parking structure will depend upon local conditions and evaluated by the Government;

•·         Parking areas must be able to accommodate full-size vans and trucks;

•·         A freight elevator is required and must have the ability to provide "individual service" when Government officials must transport secured personnel or evidence






Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be located in the 100 year flood plain.
