The purpose of this project is to provide General Services Administration (GSA) with construction service for a design/build solution for the installation of secured access doors for the Federal Office Building (FOB), Northwest/Arctic Region, Seattle, WA.

The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, intends to solicit Request for Quote for a firm-fixed priced (FFP) contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) at the Federal Office Building (FOB) for Fire Egress Doors in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). GSA will be accepting technical documentation and price quotes with the intent to award a firm fixed price contract. The purpose of this project is to provide GSA with construction service for the design/build solution for the installation of secured access doors located Bldg# WA0036ZZ _909 First Ave., Seattle, WA 98174-1055.
GSA requests that your firm provide a complete package for this project for a period of performance not to exceed 200 days following the Notice to Proceed (NTP), which is estimated to be issued in April 2019. The Request for Quote (RFQ) form and instructions are enclosed for your use.
In accordance with FAR 5.102 interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov . This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation, any amendments and additional information.
